While I may be tempting fate to question a mod, source? Lol. I believe you 100% and am very excited about that statistic! Those HRE’s are mighty pretty

Last nights interview between Acey Bongos and lead dev from PG (Martin Connor I think) during the forza fuel thing

Cool, I’ll go looking for the interview! Really excited for the game now, any new options are appreciated!

Yep, that’s what I was referring to. This just made me really happy inside. I’m glad they’ve finally added new wheels to freshen things up. I wonder if they’ll have an update to Forza 5 to add these as well as the Hurican to the game (obviously after Horizon 2 is released)?

I would love that to happen but I’m not holding my breath

I can confirm 28 new rims in FH2 from HRE and MOMO

This is the only thing that has been bugging me about the Forza series. I always end up using the same darn wheels.

Finally after like 5 years, they’ve put effort into adding new wheels.

Still no option to adjust offset though. But good effort actually adding some new choices. That wasn’t so hard was it?

Well they would have had to acquire licenses for those rims. So saying it wasn’t hard isn’t true. Licensing can be a long and difficult process. And since it looks like the majority of the new rims seem to be HRE & Momo, I would say they made a deal with both companies to allow them to use them.

They can’t just add rims or cars without getting the licenses to do so

They could just made generic wheels, and voila no licensing issue comes into play. If I remember correctly, that’s how FM1 worked with wheels.

As much as I wish for tons of wheels and new wheel options, I am very happy about the addition of some awesome wheels from a awesome company.New wheels don’t make or break the game for me.

As stated thank you T10/playground for finally adding some new wheels. Of all the wheel manufacturers in the game I think yall made the best possible voice by adding more HRE wheels. The are quality very good looking wheels.

It’s a shame they’ve removed a fair amount of wheels as well, such as the Advan RG2s as a prime example.

I’m sure Turn 10 can do an update regarding car customization and they can also include updated body kit designs, the ability to add spacers to wheels, stock wheels, air suspension but they don’t want to our opinion doesn’t matter much after they get the 54.99$ that the game costs after we buy it at Gamestop or Best Buy. We can complain on the Forums and even if this thread gets big enough it’s not like they’ll do much.

But, in an alternate reality where Turn 10 listens to the populace of Gamers who lean more to the customization side of the game, I would like there to be online Car Meets. Not only would this inspire others to compete for the cleanest car designs and will no doubt ignite creativity in a mindless repetitive game of no longer updated content. It would make more sense in a business aspect because not only would people keep buying car packs to have an endless garage of their favorite vehicles but it would add so much more detail to the game making it the true alpha of Car Simulation games.

Furthermore, if I was Forza/ Turn 10 I would seek out new licensing with up and coming Wheel Makers such as Vossen, ADV1, CCW, Rotiform, Volk etc. This would ensure that the game becomes in another aspect, endlessly replayable. The topic of Air Suspension also comes into mind whenever we mention wheels, why are we limited to a certain amount of inches lowered? Why can’t we create a C63 AMG that havs 15mm spacers in the front and 20mm spacers in the rear, followed by a beautiful selection of Gloss Black Vossen CVT’s ?

This is not a rant, as this is a creative subtopic in the Forum.

Please +1 this comment so that it may receive attention and +1 anyone else who brings this into question.
