New Multiplayer Feature: Driver Feedback

Hi all,

I paid a quick visit to the Multiplayer Hoppers last night and came across something that hasn’t been in a Forza title before:

In short, after you have raced against a person in a Hopper, you can select their name in the Intermission area and bring up a [Driver Feedback] option.

That then gives you 3 choices:

  • Report Cheating
  • Report Dirty Racing
  • Compliment Great Driver

This is an new addition to the Multiplayer experience, but hasn’t been discussed or detailed by Turn 10 yet in any of their media.

I am hoping they do so soon as this may end up being a powerful tool depending on how it functions, how it affects players and if it can improve the Multiplayer Hopper experience.

I’ve sent a Tweet to Bill Giese about this after discovering it, and he asked for more info on what I found so here’s the thread with said info.

I like that you can compliment. There have been many times where someone has raced two feet off my bumper swapping for positions and never made contact. It’s nice to be able to do something other than message them and thank them for the fun race.

Great idea, which will be ruined and abused by kids who can’t handle losing

Wish I saw this before…
the wrecking is absolutely insane so far. People aren’t even driving just smashing into you as hard as they can. Gonna have a field day knowing this exists. Thanks!

I’ve used the Compliment Great Driver option a few times. No idea if this tool influences matchmaking but I use it when I come across a player I had good battles with.

So why there is a Mutliplayer for Xbox, and PC dont works?
