I cant figure out how to get the last dlc track, I thought that it would automatically just download, like the last, but It hasnt. Am I doing something wrong? Wish they would have just came on the game in the first place, any help would be appreciated.

They do just automatically download. Are you certain your console is connected to the internet?
Eject the disc and then put it back in. See if triggers an update.
How are you checking if the new track is in your game?
If you have the feature where it starts the game right where you left off you must first go to the dashboard and QUIT the game using the menu button. Either this, or you must reboot your console completely touching the power button until the light turns off and then turning it on using the console (not a controller).
