So now I can’t even connect to online sessions because of the new DLC. My BMW M5 download in the game says it is at 0% and won’t move, even though in my console queue it is done. Because of this I can’t even connect to online sessions, I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading many times and nothing. Fix this ASAP.

Have you tried quitting the game and doing a hard reset on the console?
I’ll try the hard reset. Just quitting and re launching hasn’t worked.
When you delete and redownload do you let the download finish before restarting the game? If not even though the console tells you it is safe to start never start the game wihtout letting downloads complete 100%.
The download that is actually missing is probably the game update which is separate from the dlc itself. If you believe that fully downloaded then another option is to uninstall the game (only the game) and reinstall.
DO NOT DELETE YOUR SAVED GAME
Also try changing whichever your consoles power and startup setting is - if it is on instant on and auto game updates then turn off auto updates and change it to power save mode.
Also check if your console is set as your home console.
Yea still is NOT working. Pretty disappointed with all these setbacks, still enjoying the game but I can’t even play online now so this sucks.
You and I posted at about the same time so I just wanted to check if you had seen my post. Hoping something in there may help you.
I let it fully finish. And yes I did update. I already did the power settings from a Forza 5 glitch I had and yes it is my home Xbox.
Similar problem here (with regards to the vehicles). Here is a video of my issue. I’m disappointed.

I know it is a pain in the neck but have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling?
No not yet, because it’s such a big download even on my 100 download speed internet it takes a little over an hour so that’s my last choice, I will wait till as late as tomorrow to see if T10 has said anything about this issue.
