When the new FM drops, to be able to swap out the old physic engine with the more advanced one. Thus, they can keep life in Horizon until the new title drops in the following years. Maybe Snow Tires might might be useful, then for certain surfaces.

We are probably not getting FH6 until 2026 or later. It’s very long time to make games for the Series X/S.
They rebuilt FM from the ground up and we had a global pandemic during that time. Certainly FM was delayed a year or more. I would say fall 2024. Fall ‘25 the latest. Despite its many flaws PG seems happy with the state of Horizon and I don’t see a complete rebuild happening. I plan on spending the next few years focused on Motorsport so I’m not in any rush. I’m so tired of the worn out playlist. I need a long break from it.
