Needing some help with drag tune for this sunday nights race

I am currently working on a drag car for an upcoming event that is on facebook for this sunday night. The restrictions is 750 max horsepower and no less than 2900 lbs. My '57 Chevy Gasser is at 730 HP, weighs 3000 lbs and running drag slick. Currently my set up is

Front tire is stock size, Rear tire is widest possible
Front tire air pressure is all the way up
Rear tire air pressure is at 23 lbs
Rear end gear 4.11
Racing trans with racing clutch set up as manual w/clutch setting on the controller
Front suspension is set the softest
Rear suspension is set the hardest
No aero
Diff accel set at 95%
Diff decel set at 0%

right now she is running about 10.3 in the quarter mile and that is with coming out of the hole spinning the tires all the way to 3rd gear. I am looking for her to hook up hard and pull the front into the air. I have tried different revs for the start ranging from about 1000 rpms than give her gas at the start to having her bang off the rev limiter and go all out. Any ideas on how to get her to hook up hard and not do a smoke show leaving the line?

I wanna know more about this facebook event! I may be avle to help you with your tune. My Gt is ETxWookiEx i play in the evenings around 6pm est US time

I put together a very quick build with 712 HP / 606 lb-ft, 2901 lbs (56%)…and was able to get under that with default gearing and 100 Accel. So, with some gearing tweaks, you should be under 10 for sure.

Might me able to help… 9.9s in the nova SS not tried the gasser yet gotta let me controller charge before I give it a go

Got one done first pass 9.9 quarter mile. See what the ultimate pace is… No wheel spin by the way

Ultimate pace is 9.900 1/4 mile want the tune???

Testing again manages to shave a second off its 0-100 time

It’s there if you want it just search RBBTS in the description. If your racing on hockenheim launch at mid RPM range and hold it in second to the line. Do not change to third gear.
S704
745bhp
745 torque
2966lbs
RWD

10.1 at hockenheim 1/4mile
9.890 at test grounds 1/4 mile.

I was doing some testing this morning before I went to bed. I was able to pull off a 9.5 at the 1/4 mile test track with minimal wheel spin but not able to get the front up into the air yet, and was able to get a 10.1 at Hockenhiem. I will look up your tune About500Rabbits and give her a try tomorrow after I get off work tonight. The drag event that is this Sunday is being hosted by the facebook group “Official Forza 6 Drag Racing Page”, with the event called “750 hp Front Engine RWD Last Man Standing”. I am sure if you join the facebook group the is info about it, some one in the group sent me an invite to the event.

mine is the flamed gasser, coming out the hole at the test track fighting for traction

you left out some valuable info for your current tune , what is your ride height for front and rear ? forza has always like really high ride height for drag racing , also if you are running a fly wheel remove it, it s actually not helping your car launch

another thing is your bump and rebound settings , as i do not have fm6 i can only speculate on the physics are similar to fm5, try front rebound 1.0 rear rebound 12.0 front and rear bump 12.0 or what the stiffest setting is ,
gearing is super important if you could share your individual gears with us im sure we can help you go faster, i know in fm5 at 3,000 lbs and 699 hp the bel air would run 9.4s at the test track

the only reason the other car in the pic above has its wheels up is due to a forza glitch it has been in since fm4 ,
this drag group on face book would’t happen to be the fodrl would it ?

Facebook event page for the drag race I working on my tune for with my '57 Gasser

Building it up and adjusting gears… 9.476 @ Test Track, 10.110 @ Hock
