I have a Shelby GT500 X-999 but i’m still getting my ass kicked in the drag races. anyone have a good tune for this car?
Not for drag racing, I do not.
What does your set up look like now? Have you tried playing with your gearing any?

Your gearing looks stock for the game.
I would look into some help threads if any of the FM3 or FM4 forums have a drag section (try searching in the search bar here) or on youtube on the best way to set your transmission up for drag racing.
If you’re racing at the airport, there is also a chance you will not be hitting the top speed of the car by the end of the stretch. Try a few runs and make note of what your top speed is right before you cross the finish line. See how this is reflected in the Top Speed Benchmark setting and use the two to play with the final drive.
thanks for the info i am also tuning my 88 m5 i was shocked that the 88 is faster than the shelby even with s2 and lower numbers… i think i will be making this my new drag car.
