I am relatively new to Forza (as I have only played FH2 & FH3) and I cant seem to get myself started on tuning. I used CW’s tuning guide and built a base tune for my Ford GT and several other cars but I honestly have absolutely no Idea where to go from there. Most of the issues I am finding that I have are in the cornering of my car, most of my cars just seem to want to plow through turns. I have tried reading the descriptions that are given in the tuning menu but i’m not exactly sure if I need more oversteer, or maybe more grip. When I try increasing oversteer my tires loose grip. I don’t want someone to give me an exact tune, I just need a nudge in the right direction so that way I can begin to learn for my self. I will appreciate any helpful advice that anyone can give me, even if it isn’t about cornering I am always open to advice in anything. Thank you!
Reduce what gave you oversteer but in small increments until it feels right. Nobody is going to give you advice without specifics regarding car build and tune. It’s impossible to know if the build and or tune is the issue.
In addition it could also be driver error. The best cars will break loose if you drive them too hard.
