I recently purchased a Logitech g29 racing wheel with 3 pedal setup to play horizon 4. However I cannot seem to get the settings correct to the point where I can actually use my steering wheel. I have tried a few different settings and I found on YouTube and Reddit and still am not having any luck. My car tends to be fine under 60 mph but anything above that especially with heavy throttle i feel like the steering wheel takes over control of the car and I find myself swerving back and forth and turning the wheel back and forth rapidly until I crash or a slide out of control. I am sure everybody is experiencing this or has been experiencing this so I currently went back to default settings and I am looking for some
Bump
This is what I’m using:
Vibration Scale: 0
FFB Scale: 65
Center Spring Scale: 100
Wheel Damper Scale: 0
FFB Understeer: 100
FFB Min Force: 20
Steering Sensitivity: 100
Works well for me, other than drifting which I feel is fairly poor in general on wheels in this game.
do you set steering to simulation or keep it on normal?
Thank you so much for the reply I really appreciate it! I’m going to try these settings later when I get home. Do you find the game to be better with the wheel or controller
