Ive been trying to get the final quarks out of a very stubborn car and i need your help. Im working with the Racing Addition of Ferrari 458 Italia.
The current issues are;
Over steers during deceleration; no gas and no brake.
Under steers during full acceleration.
Coasting/light gas, the car is almost perfect.
Thanks.
What are your Differential settings? [or…potential gearing issue? down/up-shift while off/on-throttle]
One easy place to start is try stiffening the spring rates - but not so much as to affect the cars fluidity and turn-in. This may help reduce the weight shift effect a little. If you call up the telemetry for suspension and see the car is diving and squatting a lot then that may be your primary issue. After that try raising the decel diff to help with the oversteer, stiffening the rear/softening the front/raising the accel diff to help with the understeer. These are notoriously hard cars to get in the sweet spot and there are many dials to turn so you may be fiddling around for a while lol.
1st thing I would do it raise your decel (diff)
