Narration in FM6

I can’t believe FM5 forced me to listen to someone narrate every single location change throughout the career. It was incredibly annoying and hindered me from what I came to do, RACE.

I please ask T10 to remove the narration, make it optional or at the least, skippable. I don’t care who narrates it. I can read the locations on-screen.

If I remember correctly, the narration bits were used during the loading process. That is to say, removing the audio from the loading screens will not get you into the race any faster.

I’d still like the option to turn it off.

Have you heard of the Mute button…amazingly effective at times.

I totally agree! The one and ONLY thing that bugs me about the Forza games is the inability to turn off the narration including the mechanic in the garage. Muting is an option, but I like to listen to the engines. Turn 10 has thankfully given us the ability to turn off the radio, so please take the next step and allow us to turn off the narration.

Yeah because I definitely want to mute and un-mute my game constantly.

Having played the demo and all the other FM games in the series, I found the narration in the demo annoying. I am hoping that the full version that I already bought, pre-order, will allow for being able to move past rather than listening to them ramble on. Allow us to tap A or another button to bypass the narration when we don’t want to listen to it. That was one of my biggest gripes with earlier versions.

I didn’t see the topic discussed in the two pages that I was able to view.

Yeah, its quite irritating, I can understand for new players, but people that know Forza, know most of it already, and its quite annoying having to sit through it all, with no choice to skip anything

I tried the demo last night and it felt like half of it was that annoying lady trying to show me what to do like I can’t read or figure things out. A nice press of the X button or something to skip all that mumbo jumbo would be nice.

I’ve found the narration in the game to be just fine so far, you just have to get past the initial messages
