Some ideas on a more compact and clean multiplayer menu with all events displayed together to give them equal importance.
They could really invest into some designers who make sure that those menus look appealing and easy to navigate. The Challenge Hub looks like the Forzathon in FM7. 
They could also just copy some stuff over from FH5, the Festival Playlist is pretty much idiot proof. lol
