There are many visual issues in the user interface.
Lack of space to display the texts properly, unfinished texts in the received messages as if the texts were limited in the amount of characters (which is totally inappropriate the way it was coded).
It feels like it has been done in a rush without any polish. It feels totally unfinished like the naked and lifeless menus.
You need to used adaptative text lenghts and boxes.
