Hi i have recently installed forza motorsport 6, love playing online bit i can not join a lobby always say failed to find a game session but when my friends are online i can join their game easily but now they are not and i want to play online so yea dont know what to do i have a quality connection. Thanks guys
Here are some things you can try:
- always quit a game/app from the dashboard so it doesn’t run in the background before turning off your xbox
- do a hard reset of your xbox
- check your NAT type settings on your xbox, it has to be open
- if you use WiFi, try connecting it to cable
There are less people playing Forza 6 now, with other racing games available.
You need to check the “Racers Lounge” for groups that are running organized racing and check them out.

Don’t know if this is the “right” thing to do but last time that happened to me I went to network settings, disconnected from wi-fi, restarted, and then re-connected. Worked like a charm.
Worth a shot if you’re still having problems.
