If the Spec Series Forza GT & Touring Cars are here to stay T10 should implement a leaderboard feature like Rivals.
Have a weekly championship -
You earn points based on your licence rating coupled with your finish position in a race and can see your position on the leaderboards after each race. This should get reset every Week/Month to keep the competition fresh.
The more races you complete, the more points you earn. So to counter that, set a cap to the number of races you can earn points, say 10 races per week and after that, you no longer earn points towards the season, so it rewards actual skill rather than time spent playing.
It would give players something to race online for rather than “just for enjoyment”.
