Maybe they can add a track based series within the spec series? Similar to the spec series where everyone has a choice of similarly specced cars but the track stays the same for the whole week. Drivers could then learn the track really well as the week goes on, encouraging clean and competitive racing.
How would this differ from Rivals mode? Or do you mean, a specifically multiplayer/online lobby that was limited to a single track and single spec car? If that’s what you’re talking about, I think the idea does have merit. Unfortunately, I doubt Turn10 would implement it. It feels like something you’d find via a player organized league handled via private lobbies. With controlled participation, it would undoubtedly be a much better experience.
Talking about a lobby with a single track. Doesnt have to be a single car, could be a bunch of cars that are similar in spec to enable close racing.
Well Turn10 has done a good job with the current multiplayer. This might just make racing a bit cleaner since drivers can learn the track I suppose.
