Given that Horizon won’t run on my 360 and Forza Motorsport 4 isn’t backwards compatible, is there some way to get the cars you would normally get for having a Motorsport 4 save on your machine, on an Xbox One?
If I upload my Motorsport 4 save to my cloud storage, for example, would that do it?
You might lose your save altogether. This happened with Horizon and now Driver San Francisco. We have frequently been told not to use cloud saves with the last gen Forza games due to many losses.
I guess you are talking about the reward program.
These bonus cars are not detected by the save game.
They come through the reward program.
No matter if your FM4 save is just local or in the cloud.
It’s a total different tracking system.

I think you mean these cars
This was before the ‘new’ reward program.
For these you really need the FM4 save on your 360 and play FH on the 360 for the import. Sry.
