The HE cars aren’t that expensive when you compare them to cars like the Porsche 918 and Mazda RX-7, which have been monopolized by legendary painters/tuners. Those range from 11-20 million.
I expect the Huracan HE will jump in price once those start running thin. It’s one of the most desirable for skills bonuses. Other rare HE cars include:

Moneymaking from the 918 will soon end as it will be in one of this months Forzathons. I’m still hoping for the comeback of 599XX and/or Sesto Elemento because I missed out on those. RX-7 occasionally can be found for cheap, you just have to take a bit time and keep on looking with the max buyout set to 100k. I hope that in FM7/FH4 the price range for the cars is the same for everyone, because the price fixing doesn’t help anyone. Not to mention that I doubt that these legendary people make all that much because I do not think that many people are willing to spend 20 million for a single car.
