This car is apparently the “Rarest Car”, But is it worth getting race Wise?

No, not by any means is it the rarest HE, the Mini Cooper JCW and BMW M4 Coupe trump it by a long shot. Is it worth race wise? Im not too sure, i believe it is A class stock (with Horizon bodykit preset installed) with a proper tune and maybe AWD it should be pretty competitive online, as long as the class is not too high - A or S1 is fine but S2 it would be destroyed by all the hypercars.

You can swap the LS3 into it, unlike the vanilla Chevelle. That’s a plus in my book.

try the non-HE versions if you want to try out how good they are , since they are only missing the bonus credits/xp etc
Surely the rarest cars would be the 2 Porsche’s that were locked behind the VIP only Forzathon challenges?
Wow how soon we forget that was not a vIP only challenge but one using VIP cars any one can use a VIP car in co-op if a VIP member sets up the race I did at least 30 co-op races for non VIP members making use of the Forums and Find a party or game feactures on the Xbox. There was a lot of VIP players offering to host co-op rqaces for no vip members. So Not VIP Only but a community event that all players could do if they so wanted to.

So for those who didn’t know about that, or use the forums or the fiddly Xbox features it remained a VIP only event.
According to the Xbox Achievement list;
1.43% of the people with Horizon 3 managed to get the Porsche 914
0.70% of the people with Horizon 3 managed to get the Porsche 928
If we take into account that Horizon 3 sold in excess of 2.5 million copies.
Going purely on that figure of 2.5 million.
35750 people got the 914
17500 people got the 928
Those aren’t exactly fantastic numbers. considering that they’ve only been available once, and more than 2.5 million people own the game!
Thank you for admiting you were wrong as the Ram Runner FE is only at almost half that with only 0.40% of players that have this achevement almost half the number of Porsche 928
And I still dont know why your so upset about this VIP pay a premium for Extra content so what was wrong with VIP getting 2 more cars. Or are you under the impression that if one person has something they bought that other dont they should get it for free just to be fair to all. How is that fair on the people who payed a premium for extra.

The ratio of people who owned the Blizzard Mountain expansion to those who have the car is likely to be a hell of a lot different to the ratio of people who own Forza Horizon 3 and got the 2 Porsches. Due to less people owning Blizzard Mountain than Horizon 3.
VIP got everything that was advertised to them in FH3. Double credits? Check. 5 cars? Check. That was the extras that were paid for.
Blizzard mountain is a different kettle of fish too. You can buy the expansion at any time and be able to get the Ram Runner if you fulfil the requirements. Buy the VIP now? How to get the Porsches? Same way as everyone else, trump up a ridiculous amount in the auction house for the 5 layer legends. So much for that extra content you mentioned!
Is it rare tho if everyone has an equal opportunity to win it as long as they bought the expansion? I would think the Sunoco Lola would be the rarest because it’s only been a forzathon prize once I think (I didn’t catch it in the future forzathon prizes). Either that or the few others that have only been offered once.
Lola has been on offer a couple of times and a quick look about 5% of players have it 0.85% of players have the mini Cooper 2012 FE and a whopping 0,40% of players have the Ram Runner FE to check on cars like this all Forzathon cars go through the Achevements on the Xbox list and this will tell you how many there are per 100 players. IE if 3% of players won the car then ther is 3 cars for every 100 player.

Ram Runner HE is definitely the rarest, interestingly you can get two of them by completing your last 3 star requirement in online free roam so the percentage of people owning one is a little higher than 0.4% as some would have sold their second one through the auction house. Not many people would have been aware of that and they’re never in the auction house these days, if they are, they sell for obscene amounts.
