its the easiest of all Forzas to earn credits in, other than FM6
i think some people just expect everything for little effort, since it takes so little effort in fh4
since I have played since prerelease 2 years ago I’m currently sitting at 950 million and that’s without any cheating or glitches that others seem to have done
and that’s including giving away over 200 million credits to help other lazy people
My recollection is that it took me around 400 hours of gameplay to own every autoshow car. That was with buying a lot of them from the auction house, and also with buying the ultimate add-ons bundle and getting the extra VIP credits and super wheelspins, and also with 350k per week from Forza rewards. If someone wanted to buy them all as a first owner, with no Forza rewards, and no VIP, it would take quite a bit longer, maybe at least 600 hours? Having said that, it’s easier to get credits now, with the money from rejecting wheelspin cars.
Obviously “hard” vs “not hard” is subjective, so quantifying it as a number of hours required makes it objective. It would take around 2 years of playing 6 hours a week to rack up that many hours and obtain all the cars. Whether an individual sees that as “hard” or not is personal and subjective.
…and to think that just a couple months ago, there was some guy with 999,999,999 credits literally quitting the game over being unable to add one more credit to make it an even billion.
The start can be sluggish for players without auction house knowledge (which are the “exclusive” cars, which sell well and so on) and wheelspins being littered with cosmetics blocking cars/credits.
Once the cosmetics are gone and the garage starts filling up which allows selling duplicates the system starts snowballing leading to credits losing all value.
I’ve supported a few friends who started playing or only play very rarely via “money donation” through the auction house and they all felt the same at the start: it takes quite a time until the system grips - especially without VIP etc.
