So ive been playing Forza for quite a while and I have made well over 20 million credits (weird flex but okay) But now I don’t really know what to do I have done the story and mostly everything in the game at least I think.
Does anyone have some ideas on stuff to do in this game that is pretty fun.
In nearly every venue, except Street Scene, you can create a Blueprint and race any combination of Class, Season, Car Type, Laps, and Difficulty. This is how I compare my class-based cars to see which is best. If you get beat, you can also get some ideas from the Drivatar’s cars regarding which is best.
I like to race. A strange thing to do in a racing game, I know. The only thing that changes when I’ve put a lot of time into one of these games, is that instead of being driven to play it on an almost daily basis I pick it up again from time to time on a whim or if they add something I gotta check out. As I don’t expect any game to do the impossible and keep an iron grasp on my attention for eternity, this inevitable loss of motivation doesn’t shock or dismay me.
I’ve completed all the events but have spent most of my time over the last few days in the S2 trial. Somewhere around 25 team wins and 8 losses, yesterday had a lot of Sunday drivers.
The road racing trials are good for learning to deal with the start line carnage and driving defensively Vs other players and AI at checkpoints. Also if you take a car that’s not at the top of the class and others have top of class car then some AI will be an even tougher challenge.
Having too much money is a good problem to have. I wish I had that kind of problem in real life. For that matter, I wish I had that problem in FM7. I’ve got a backlog of 11 level-up prizes I can’t claim, because I’m short on credits, and every time I get enough, I level up again, and my backlog grows.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could transfer money between games? Like if you try to buy something in one game, but you don’t have enough CR, the game would say “oh, but you’ve got 6 million in Forza 7, would you like to transfer some to Forza Horizon 4” or vice versa.
How is it even possible to not have enough credits in fm7
It would have the worst economy of almost all forzas ever made with how easy credits are flung at you and the dearest car without the 400k level up discount is 1.6
Oh ok maybe not as easy as fm5 fm6 or fh3
Credits didn’t exactly rain from sky for me, and the reward for leveling up was generally the option to lose a lot of credits. I think I still have a backlog of several such opportunities and not enough to get them.
I don’t know; it just sort of happens every few months or so. Every time I level up, I generally take the car (or 400000 discount) rather than the other prizes. And every time the special dealer has cars I don’t already have, I take the discount. So I’m spending a lot, and lately I’ve only been playing 3 or 4 hours a week. Plus, you can’t use mods in Rivals or online, so no mod bonus.
The problem is, every car in my backlog is at least 600,000 with the discount. And every time I get enough credits to claim one, I also level up, so that’s another car in the backlog.
How do you complete an open ended racer? the short little events are just a warm up, blueprints and hundreds of cars in many classes give plenty of new challenges.
If you’re feeling generous, buy up a bunch of expensive autoshow cars and sell them for minimum bid/buyout on the AH so other players have a chance to get these cars for a lower price, or do a credit giveaway where players can sign up by replying to the post thread, and then they put up unwanted/duplicate cars for max buyout and you buy them.
Alternatively if you don’t feel like sharing, buy ALL the parts for every car in your garage.
There is absolutely no point whatsoever in buying all the parts for your cars… you won’t gain anything, you’ll just lose money and time…
You only have to buy what you need, not every car will be for every class available.
I do like the feeling generous thing tho, that’s nice.
