Used to have a 91 2nd gen irl ,would be sick to have one with fender flares and big mud terrain tyres in game

I’d like to see '97-'99 Pajero Evolution in the game as it is bit forgotten homologation special.

Totally. Almost everyone is going crazy for Lancers but only a few remembers that Pajero also had Evolution model.

1997 Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution

The Mk2 Pajero has a big secret. It has a High-performance variation that it was given an Evolution spec alongside the Lancers. How would this Pajero happen if anybody wants to know?

It’s equipped with a 3.5L DOHC MIVEC 6G74 V6 producing 276HP and 348nm of Torque, and it’s equipped in two 5-speed transmission oprions. Either an Automatic or Manual. But the majority of Pajero Evos I saw are mostly Automatic, but I don’t have to worry as the A/T is torque-converted and has a Sequential shift mode.

With the 276HP cap, It performs like every other JDM car as it’s under the “Gentleman’s agreement” between the Japanese automakers.

Yet it shall never be forgotten as it was known to be the ultimate Pajero in history which has a rally homologation. Only available in Japan, but now applicable for import to USA since it’s 25 years old, and its production lasted from 1997 to 1999. I’ve seen a dozen of Pajeros in my country and my family owned a regular one IRL but could you bring this JDM Evo SUV to Forza-verse? All we want is to appreciate an underrated masterpiece for whatever it needs.

For my opinion on this Pajero in Forza games, it’s more suitable to Horizon’s off-road adventures.

@ManteoMax
Would you be willing to change the title of this thread to “Pajero/Pajero Evolution”?

I think the title of this thread could mislead some people into thinking it is a thread about adding the base model Pajero to the game.

It’s a thread about adding any Variant of this Generation to the game.

Evo or base model, all belong here.

Bruh, I can’t believe that Grand Theft Auto V added Pajero Evo in their recent update, but it’s for Online only.

Although, Rockstar Games doesn’t use car licenses due to the fact that ALL car manufacturers don’t want to see their production vehicles being wrecked and brutally destroyed at the same time. So they fictionalized 'em to avoid lawsuits.

Do you really think that GTA would beat every Racing game over this? I really don’t think so…

I agree that the Pajero would be perfect for horizon because of its aspirated V6 engine and the grip the tires have off road and it’s great for cross country races.

I definitely want the Pajero Evo. That thing is too sick to not include in FH5 and FM.

Any model of the pajero. 4 doors and the 2 door evo would be a blast. I have a 95’ 4 door & its been my ride & die for about 10 years!

Manufacturers also don’t want to see their vehicles commit mass vehicular manslaughter.

Bumping this one, a perfect vehicle for Horizon!

Edit: The Evolution, in particular!

I’m guessing it’s in a Car pack, since it’s not part of the Seasonal rewards.

The 1997 Mitsubishi Montero Evolution joins the FH5 roster in July 2024 as part of the JDM Jewels Car Pack:
