Series x Performance RT and Visual mode not working properly

1 1/2 month now the game is unable to working for Series x in Performance RT and Visual mode due to many graphics problems. NO ONE from the company who create the game give one information refering the date that they fix that serious problem. They collect our money , the people cry , they destroy the name of xbox all the people complain for that game ,in market place have 2.5 star rating …this is insane.
