I’m pretty frustrated. I purchased 20,000 tokens for $108.74 with tax. I used about two or 3000 open as far as I recall. Whether, today I looked and they’re suddenly zero tokens. I can’t understand why. There’s no phone number for me to call. Microsoft can’t help me at all and tells me to go google your site. Please help me, what’s going on?

Ya your tokens are still actually there, it just says zero
I am sorry. What do you mean click on your tokens? If I try to buy something - it says I have zero tokens and X number of credits. Sorry - I am a newbie
I am sorry - when trying to purchase anything it says I have zero tokens and must pay with credits i dob’t have.
