Might the Ferrari F12 TDF be the highest rated car in FH3?

I’ve been on a hunt for the highest rated car in FH3 and by that I mean the vehicles closest to a 10/10 for all 5 ‘stats’. Outside of the Veyron Super Sport the only other car i’ve gotten highest in stats in my garage is the Ferrari F12 TDF…

Fully upgraded the F12 TDF will have the following ratings and statistics:
Class, Rating, Drive Type - S2, 980, AWD
0-60 time - 1.743 s
0-100 time - 3.742 s
Top Speed - 268.2 mph

Power - 1,213 hp
Torque - 782 ft.-lb.
Weight - 3,315 lb.

Speed Rating - 10
Handling - 8.5
Acceleration Rating - 10
Launch - 10
Braking - 10

The Veyron Super Sport is also 10, 8.5, 10, 10, and 10 respectively. I do not have the Veyron Super Sport but have seen it on the AH so i know the ratings but don’t have the statistics, like 0-60 for example, on hand. Regardless, given the F12 TDF is part of the car pack given to VIP members, and given anyone without VIP can still buy the F12 TDF on the AH for less than 25% the price of the Veyron SS, it therefore seems that the F12 TDF may really be (so far) the best rated car for the money. If anyone has found a car that has ratings better than 10, 8.5, 10, 10, and 10 please post below, I would love to know what they are!

I have a 10 speed rating with my Ford GT 2017 version. 8.5 Handling.

The Veryon has 8.5 in handling as well, but it’s AWD.

Rear Wheel Drive is better. You can oversteer the corners where as the Veyron you HAVE to slow down to make them due to its understeer (AWD inherently has some understeer if torque vectoring isn’t set up properly). FH3’s terrain and roads really make the Veyron a no-go. my Veryron got a LOT more use in FH2.

You cannot buy the Ferrari in the AH if you do not own the dlc for it.

It’s funny that I game to understand this car as being in this game from Real Racing 3 - which featured it as a campaign car in one of their win-for-free promotions. Then when I started perusing the cars in this game I saw it and said - WOW and I got for free. It is one of the best performing cars in the game and I race it quite a bit, especially when discovering new roads, of which I have about 12 remaining to find on the map, somewhere. But all in all this is an amazing Ferrari and a good choice to have been included in the game.
