Message after Long Beach Update: This content has not been installed yet

Hi,

I just got the 1,8GB update for the Long Beach track. After finishing the install (queue is empty) I can’t access some of the Career Leagues anymore. At those I can’t access, there’s an arrow pointing down, like a symbol for download. When I press “A”, it gives me the message: “NOT INSTALLED - This Content has not been installed yet.”

I installed the game from my disc, so it’s not a download version.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hard reset your console by holding the power button (not on the controller) until the console shuts down. Press the power button to restart.

Let me know if this works. I’m at work now but will try it when I get home. I have had the same problem and not been able to fix it.

Did ya’ll go to notifications & install it after downloading? I didn’t have to do that because my X1 is on auto download. But if you do it manually, I think you have to install it after downloading it.

Gangrel I have auto download on as well and when I loaded up the game (I have a physical disc version) all the leagues say 99% downloaded and not yet installed. Went to manage game and it says that everything is 100% installed.

The hard reset didn’t help. But I found out that though the Xbox ONE queue is empty, the track got stuck by 95% (saying “installing”). I can see this under “Select Track” in Free Play Mode.

Any idea how I can delete and re-download the Long Beach package or help the install process to complete?

with as many serious bugs as this game has had anybody who has bought fm5 should get fm6 for free as payment for being a beta tester.

Unstalled the whole game and reinstalled the disc + 10GB of DLC! Took me some hours… but know the installation seems to be complete.

Don’t know, why it didn’t work in first place. Thanks for you help though!
