So I had this as a download code via an Xbox LIVE message, some time after actually pre-ordering and playing the game, but it wants me to buy it for 90,000 CR.

Is it excluded from the one free purchase offer then, unlike you know, all other DLC cars for Forza games since the change was made to this format in Forza Motorsport 5?

I had one added to my garage once I entered the code. Check your garage (if you haven’t already) to see if it is already there.

The preorder cars are not available to buy in the autoshow
They are just the standard versions of them

The preorder car goes straight to your garage
If its not there try hard resetting your console

I’m pretty sure they are available to buy in the Autoshow if you have redeemed the code.

It’s definitely not in my garage, and it is showing up in the Autoshow:

I’ve tried hard resetting, no dice…

It’s not going to break the bank to buy it, but it definitely wasn’t added for free like the Warthog.

I had a problem submitting the C63 code. In the message there’s a button you can hit to redeem the code but it failed for me so I had to enter the code manually in the Xbox Store. Did you hit the message button or did you enter the code manually?

If you got a message telling you that the code was entered successfully then it should be in your garage. But if you didn’t get the confirmation message then it won’t be there.

I hit the Redeem Code button in the message, the same way I redeemed the Warthog, which took a while to show up in my garage, and that wasn’t via a Gift in-game.

Weird indeed. I also had the C63 AMG as a preorder car and it was just added to my garage. Never tried if I could sell it or not.

The Auction House is riddeled with the preorder cars for like 6k. l would happily sell you mine for that amount but there’s already a hundred other there.

It only took 11 days, but it finally showed up in my garage for free.
