May 16, 2024 Release Notes - Hotfix 8.1

Game version *.591.459.0

We are rolling out Hotfix 8.1 for Forza Motorsport on Xbox Series X|S and PC. This version fixes an issue that resulted in some OEM manufacturer paints appearing overly metallic.

PLEASE NOTE we are aware of an additional paint issue related to decals that we are also working on at this time but is NOT contained in this hotfix.

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in some OEM manufacturer paints appearing overly metallic.

If you experience any issues after installing the update, first try quitting out of the game and restarting your device. If that doesn’t clear the issue, report it in the Troubleshooting Hub FM Report New Issues and note that you have installed update 8.1 along with your device information.
