Make the Alfa Romeo 8C a more frequent event reward

I can’t even find anyone to sell me the 8c, and even when I do - bots snipe them.
Same goes for some Ferrari models like Cali T. I wanted to purchase it from a guy, and it didn’t even show up in Auction House because bot already took it.
