I was looking at the GAME website earlier and the launch date for the Mad Catz Pro Force Feedback Wheel has changed to 01/06/2014 (It was originally 28/02/2014). Do any of you have it on pre-order, has it been delayed for you?
Oddly enough the MC website still has launch down for 28/02/2014
Anyone know when this wheel will eventually launch?
I see that here in the States, Gamestop is still showing a release date of the 28th of Feb. It may just be that Game doesn’t expect to get a shipment until June. Whatever the case, I don’t think Madcatz can afford to push the release back that far. My bet is it’ll still be available the 28th.
It was showing on Isme.com (UK Website) as released 8th march - that has now changed to June 2014 within the last week.
Just looked on Amazon and they have a release date on June 1st as well. Looks like it may have been pushed back then. Glad I didn’t wait for it to be released. Picked up a Thrustmaster right after Christmas.
Yeah I picked up the Thrustmaster soon as I saw it…wow what a wheel, a huge improvement on my previous xbox racing wheel.
I had the Xbox WRW as well and using the Thrustmaster is such a huge step up. It makes such a big difference and glad you took the plunge and purchased one. I’m afraid that we probably would have been waiting even past June for the Madcatz wheel.
Now on the Mad Catz official store page, the release date for the Madcatz wheel has been pushed back until June 2nd. Tough luck for those that were waiting for a comparison between the TX and Madcatz wheels.

I was waiting for it…I would buy the TX wheel but I read about a lot of people having issues.
I guess I will have to wait…
Their US website is now saying that it will be shipping in July. And to think they had them for hands-on at CES in January and had earlier touted them for launch release. I have my money on them maybe making the next release wave for the XB1. Maybe. Not feeling at all let down by third party hardware support for this platform… Not much…
And in July, it will change to August.
I see a pattern developing here…
I checked Amazon on June 5th or whenever they were suppose to ship to see if anyone had added a review and the site said they were “out of stock”. Now Amazon states a July 15th release, such a shame.
I have a bad feeling there is a reason for all these delays,but i could be wrong. Would’nt be the first time.
