Luny Tooned Cars The List

After many requests,
I have finally given in and here I am on a dreaded forum ( personal hate of ). not that there is anything wrong with Turn 10’s supportive forum its just my pet hate. So Why am I here?
Well I’ve finally got round to uploading some of the 87 tuned B class cars, there’s some A , S and C class to follow soon.
a quick description of my driving preferences should give you an Idea of what these tunes are trying to Achieve …:-

  • RWD No TCS - No ABS - Manual with Clutch - Using Standard Xbox One Controller
  • Slight power over drift at traction loss under accel while turning
  • Predictable understeer at traction loss under braking while turning
  • Brake bias (Very slightly) toward the rear for Left foot braking driving style (2% bias from even lockup)
  • Brake pressure locks at 90% Controller TRIGGER pull - straight line braking

Below is a list of cars tuned to B class, all tunes are general and will work on every track,no tunes are track specific .
Cars are described in the following format:-

Respectful comments are always welcome, whether they are good or bad , the good are nice but I prefer the bad as then I can Fix it - and make it good
or at least try anyway

If you would like me to ‘walk’ you through a tuning session on a car and build of your choice ( lower class cars D’, C,’ B’s to begin with )
just let me know, and I’ll try to arrange a chat and tune session with you.
( whole tune can take three hours when I’m helping You decide what figures are needed- we may not complete a tune in one shot, the Idea is to show you how I feel the tunes balances and in what particular order )

Next Update to include Mitsubishi inc some 4WD, Nissan Garage, Aston DB5, Jaguar E-Type, Viper and some A Class Cars,
check back at weekend for another update 21-03-14

At the moment - you are correct, however please look at your main menu screen in the top right box Titled ’ Market Place ’ , hopefully this will be finished soon and the donation of cars will be possible - until then I’ll have to purchase the car, but the offer to help your tuning still stands- if your interested that is.
hope you find something that agrees with your driving style,
please see the updated list and comments.

Only used the M1 couple so far but its fantastic. Won 3/3 online with it. Good power but is controllable. The only negative for me is the 90% break pressure but thats personal preference really.

THE BRAKE PRESSURE IS NOT SET AT 90% RATHER THE BRAKES SHOULD LOCK AT 90% OF THE PULL OF THE TRIGGER, i UNDERSTAND MANY DRIVERS PREFER A BRAKE SETTING THAT IS HIGHER, IF ANY MORE WOULD LIKE ME TO ADJUST THE BRAKES ON TUNES IN THE COMMUNITY PLEASE LET US KNOW,
THANKS MILLSIE FOR THE COMMENT

If you have a different driving style don’t let it put you off. I personally don’t use the left foot braking method. I prefer a gentle turn in under braking with a gentle burst of throttle to bring the car to the apex on some corners, then throttle applied as early as possible after the apex. I’ve been racing with some of these tunes and I thoroughly recommend checking them out.

I especially recommend the GT series tunes, the corvette is capable of keeping up with any serious tunes in hardcore lobbies.

I also love the Ferrari GTO and the Supra, I’ve had some good top 100 times with those (top 100 in B class around Christmas things may well have moved a bit since then). They still work very well in lobbies too. Not sure if those have been improved since the last version I got but I wouldn’t be surprised if they had I know Luny’s done a lot over the last week…

I tried the 1M this morning as well and I liked that a lot.

Well done for making the break into posting a list on the forum!

You are right of course ChrisMo - it is about time I entered into the forums, too many ‘What other cars have you done?’ questions I feel like a scratched record sometimes allways repeating the same things,

Thanks for the testing Chriismo - I dont think any of the GT series Tunes would be as good as they are without Drivers ( who Can Drive Unlike Me ) to tell me whats happening on the edge of grip.

Again you are right about the Supra- it now holds better in-corner and more throttle is now available on corner exit before traction loss, there has also been a gearbox change to extend the 6th gear ( topped out too quick on le mans-modern ) 1st and 2nd now respond more to cornering ( used to push straight forward with too much accel )
the Ferrari has gone through a similar handing solution, but he gears have been left as they fit so many different tracks as is ( I know there’s more top speed to be had - but the acceleration really makes this tune stand out coupled with the grip and aero gives a very confident drive .

Nice one here Luny

If you was a mechanic god help us lol  awesome tunes matey keep them coming

Cheeky Monkey!
Thanks though for all the help in testing and re testing Clutchy I know It was a ball ache, but the results are worth it.

The BMW E36 tune is awesome! A little throttle over steer, that you want around most corners, (which is very manageable), and great turn in. I wuss out and use ABS for brakes, and balance is very good, trail braking mid corner is still spot on to bring the nose around if needed.

I realize its been a couple of weeks since the last update- I have just been given my redundancy letter and am now looking for a new job- so I’m Afraid forza will have to take a back seat for now,
If when I’m On line though- I will gladly help anyone out with tuning issues, but tuning new cars for the list will have to wait,
thanks.

just tried your BMW for the GT lobby, I really like it.
I also plan to give a try to some of your B class tunes…and good luck in finding a new job!
