Me too. I got a Senna but should have got all seven. Regarding the P1, I have read (somewhere - can’t recall where but it was official) that it is going to be delayed. I quit the game to reload it and see if the other cars appeared but it won’t get past the loading movie - hitting A or X does nothing. What I did see so far looks lovely, at least.
The five others appeared when I loaded the game some hours later. Maybe just give it time.
On a related note, is there a convenient page that states what we should see in the game regarding stuff like the VIP? I don’t mean an FAQ that just states “you get X car and Y clothing”, I mean “you’ll see this in this menu screen” or “you’ll see that in the results of that race”, that kind of thing. To explain, I’m autistic and something visual would help.

The FM5 P1 is a known issue and will be addressed later, but everyone who qualifies should be receiving the other reward cars.

Europe/Germany here, Xbox Series X, Premium Edition. Got only the Senna, but should have gotten all seven. I have achievements for all seven games on my account.
Got a Huracan now in addition to the Senna… Rest still missing.
Now i ve received the others car, but not the P1. I ll waiting the solution. Thanks
Just started playing on xbox in UK, only got the senna too and played every forza game, hopefully this gets solved

EDIT, 0107 EDT 11/5/2021: Reboot did not award missing cars. At current moment, only car awarded to me was the Senna. I own and have played every Forza game since franchise inception.
EDIT #2, 0202 EDT 11/5/2021: Cars still not received. Support ticket submitted.
I have the exact same problem. You’re not alone!
UPDATE, 0807 EDT 11/5/2021: After doing a full shutdown (by going into the console settings and taking that option from the Power & Startup section), I restarted the game and received every loyalty car but the P1. Doing that may be a viable workaround for anyone still experiencing this issue until the devs can properly fix it.

Vip also doesnt seem to be working for me on series x either.

I also only received the Senna; did a reset on the console and no change for me either. I should be getting all those loyalty cars but I’ll use my free voucher for now for something hyper fast!

Count me as someone who only received the Senna and have played and own Every Forza game. Also don’t seem to be getting any special VIP extras.

I as well only received the McLaren Senna as a reward. tried relaunching the game to no success. I should have received every available reward.
Submitted a ticket as well.
Update: Started up my pc this morning and launched the game. Received mostly the rest of the reward cars besides the McLaren P1. It would seem that a complete computer restart is needed to get the majority of the reward vehicles on pc. Now I’m stuck waiting on the McLaren P1 like everyone else.
I’ve played a ton of FH3, FH4, and a good bit of FM7, yet I just got sunk into FH5 and have only gotten the Senna Loyalty car for FH4, nothing from FH4 or FM7 
Was really looking forward to the Centenario.
