On 28/12/2018. Last month, day 28, I got the last Windows Update version 1809 build 17763 something like that, since then I started having issues with my sound , and issues with Forza Horizon 4, since that day my game kept crushing and lagging and so on, so today I decided to use the recovery tool thing to get back to the previous update/build, and so I did, everything worked fine until I started the game and more than 20 hours of game-play were lost, I was lv 180, know I am 35… , I can still see the last achievements on my Xbox account on PC. What can I do, please help me.

Since the last windows update that I got on 28/12/2018, my game started lagging and stuttering and so on, so I decided to rollback to another update using the Recovery tool provided by windows, I did it without any problems but when I entered the game , I was lv 35 instead of the level before recovery ( 160+ ), please help me. I never stopped the syncing or anything…
