Every single time I fire up the game on PC it tries to do the thing where it analyzes my computer for optimal settings and then I have to put all my graphics settings back in. Every single time I play. That is insanely annoying. No idea what to do.

How many times have you actually played? The update from yesterday specifically said it would reset your graphics.
A bunch. It was still doing it yesterday. I checked it about 3 times after the update.
Another post I just saw says he thinks it is everytime he overclocks his GPU. I do run MSI Afterburner and turn it up after every reboot. I need to do some testing on that front and see if I can confirm that is what causes it.
I was able to confirm it only happens when I change my GPU clock speeds from what they were set at when the game last opened. I had been tweaking things ever since I got the game. That should probably be fixed still though.
