Looking for Grip Tune Advice

I’m kinda new to racing games and I have been looking to do grip tunes for RWD cars around the 600 to 800hp range. I was wondering what some general rules are for tuning for grip. I want to do my own tunes instead of borrowing or stealing someone elses. I don’t feel I would learn that way.

figure out what your car does poorly. RWD sounds like oversteer but when does this happen?
coming out of slow speed corners? differential
under heavy braking? brake balance rearward
also anti roll bar balance front to rear can help
