Long term issue

i purchased forza 6 ultimate edition december 1st 2015 and noticed that i have not been granted the vip badge yet i get the credit payouts and crown. i also noticed that i have not been granted forza faithful gold badge for tier 6. there have been reports of this. i yet to receive any response from contacting turn ten using forzfb@microsoft.com. it has been over 3 months and still not been resolved. i hear this has been affecting many users.

I don’t see your tier here, you’re at tier 1 with 0 points. You might have set your privacy settings too strict for the server to see?
