Anyone else having this issue?
I cannot come to a full stop, the car will only brake until 4mph (going downhill) and will not go any lower? Just keeps rolling.
Holding foot on brake pedal does nothing, only the e brake will fully stop the car.
Works fine with a controller. This is using the hsv. I haven’t tried any other cars yet.
Really hoping all these steering wheel bugs are fixed before release.
Edit: seems that I have to brake twice to get the car to stop, once normally until 4mph and than again really hard to 0mph! LOL
I think that’s just the g920 brake pedal. They put a rubber block in the brake to make it feel more realistic. There are some videos on youtube showing you how to remove it if you want to. You could always check them out to see what I mean.
There isn’t a rubber stopper in the G920 - they fixed that problem with a new spring. It’s a problem with the game - FH2 had the same problem with not coming to a stop. If you use manual then you can put it in reverse and tap the throttle to stop.
Just adjust the deadzone. Problem solved. All tho in FM6 the settings tend to undo itself. So you will have to constantly go in and re-activate the settings. But in FH2 it stays. So no problems really
It is a problem because it’s not a deadzone issue. Wheel you reach the low speed physics the first 80-90% pressure/brake travel becomes absolutely useless and does nothing at all. On a wheel setup with either a stiff brake or load cell it becomes VERY difficult to actually stop the car from rolling when using what your ment to to stop the car.
