I have adjusted the settings on the pad and I have even brought a new controller
I can see that people are specking but I can’t hear I thing

I had this the other day and needed to update my controller. it seemed to help
Did you check your XBox One global privacy settings ?
There you can select ‘chat with everyone’ or ‘chat with friends only’.

Its a glitch/bug in the game or xbox. Been around since forza 5. Sometimes I hear people just fine then next thing you know I cant hear anyone. Or its only select people I can hear and others I cant… then it randomly switches and the people I couldnt hear before are talking again
