Just today I went to select a tune for my supra ff and it crashes the game while loading. Is anyone else having same problem? This is really annoying!
Have you tried a proper hard reset?
You mean as in hold down Xbox button for 10 seconds then yes I have. I’ve deleted car pack and car and re download still same thing. All other cars work fine but when I go to tune supra ff the game just freezes and crashes. 
I let game sit for like 5 hours tried again does same thing.
I’ve been having the same issue. Tried hard reset, and reinstalling everything for the game. Nothing worked so far. It’s quite annoying.

And it’s just crashing everytime I try to tune them.

I’m not sure if anyone has had this issue. I load the Toyota supra fast and furious. Go to tune setup manager. The screen which normally shows other tunes people have saved will be displayed on this screen. However no tunes show that people have loaded and the game crashes and goes back to Xbox dashboard. Now the weird thing is that this ONLY happens with this car. Now I can upgrade the car with no issues but as soon as I try to load a setup it crashes. If anyone has an email address I can contact someone please post below to get this resolved. I have tried hard resetting the Xbox and clearing caches etc etc. I’m no expert but it seems to be a server issue?

Can you try the F&F Supra again please, it should be fixed now.
After the duracell car pack update my game started to crash for no reason. It became wost when y i downloaded a tune from other player then i desided to load other tune and my game crashed. When i returned to the game all my cars designs didnt load, since then when i try to load my tunes or save a tune my game crashes. I tryed to fix it unintalling the game and the dlcs but it didnt worked, i think the problem is acorupted data in the game memory because of the downloaded tune, i have tryed to erase the tune but is imposible because the game crashes. My desighns and pictures are invalidated data.
any fix on this yet please?

Please anyone help me when i buy any car, and i go to the upgrades to download any upgrade done by someone the game crashes so what can i do
Could someone who works for Turn 10 Community Team please respond to this, or contact me ASAP. I am extremely disappointed with Turn 10 for not acknowledging this issue, and have severe doubts I will purchase the future games Turn 10 releases if they cannot be bothered to give a solution. I have spent a lot of time AND money with Forza Horizon 2 and feel that is only fair I have a working game that does not crash to this extent. If the data is corrupt, then fair enough I will have to start the game again from scratch, although extremely annoying, at least we would of had an answer. If Turn 10 is working on a patch to fix this, can you do the decent thing by just saying “We are working on this”. I think this is the least you can do!

@funky dunk 1977. I have contacted HeliosT10 via:- Twitter/Xbox chat/Message. I have followed his instructions and have been awaiting a response for over 1 month. I have even tweeted to Turn10 and all other relevant twitter accounts. I am extremely disappointed that after all the effort I have put in to try and get a fix, nobody has acknowledged my issue. I have even contacted Microsoft, which they have said the issue lies with Turn10. I work in customer service and have done so for the past 15 yrs and I believe that this is the worst customer experience I have had to date. Can someone in Turn10 please contact me as to why no one has responded.
Helios’post is an acknowledgment to everyone - and is asking for info to help them find the cause and fix it. Obviously they haven’t got a working fix yet.
lI am having a similar problem with the Porsche 918 Spyder. Everything was working ok until I decided to buy a second one. Now I cannot load a tune without the game crashing. I removed the other car I purchased and that did not help. I tired disconnecting the power plug and left the game off for several minutes and then tried again. I have also removed the Tune I had on my original Spyder but still no luck. Does Microsoft or Turn 10 or anyone provide any support for these issues? Or are we just left to flail around on our own?
@funky dunk 1977. I think you have an issue in understanding basic information. Yes, I have read HeliosT10 information. However the fact that he, or even Turn10 have not acknowledged my issue is extremely dissatisfying. I have gone to lengths of getting a response on social media and even adding HeliosT10 as a friend to contact via xbox. As I said, I work with customers on a daily basis and even at the smallest of requests, I HAVE to resond with an answer. Not only that, but it is just common courtesy!?

T10 tend not to make individual contact - when they have a fix/answer they will let us know (usually here on the forums).
BTW - I have worked in customer service for decades, your expecting an individual response is understandable, however T10 choose not to behave in that manner, however they have acknowledged the issue here as I posted, you are just expecting something more than they offer. Make of that what you will but unless you do the same job in the same industry expecting the same behavior as you practice yourself (and admirable as it is for you to do so), some businesses/jobs just cannot function on such a level of intimacy.
My issue is not tune related but I though I’d try posting here anyway. For the last week now when I start up Horizon once I get to the slideshow loading screen the game crashes back to the dashboard, this happens one to three times before the game actually loads me to the car meet. I’ve already done hard reset more than once as well as reinstalling the game and the issue still persists.
