Backed out to save the livery and got stuck in a never ending load screen so I dashboarded when I came back the livery deleted itself from the car and it deleted the livery file completely and the livery was completed over 24 hours prior so I just had hours of work thrown in the trash and it was out of my control
Happend to me too… but like few months ago…2-3 times if i good remember…
all while saving a livery… game crashed into rhe dashboard… after a restart livery i was trying to save was deleted…
Now … after the new livery update… was looking into my vinyls… it opaned after a few seconds but most of my stickers were replaced with a loading symbol… the pne sticker i needer to place on car i was working on was still loading… i klicked on it … and the game crashed… after game restart livery i was working on. Gone…
A lot of my saved vilyls that i never published and are stile private got a Keylock on it as it wasn’t my work… 
and of course i can’t use it.
Strange things happens…
