Turned on the game yesterday to take part in the Radical league & I noticed the livery I had on it the night before was missing and everytime I go into an area, it’s giving me the info box that tells me all about the area again as though i’m a newbie. when I go into my livery catalogue, i’m not seeing any images of the different liveries I’ve made, nor is it showing me the Downloads/likes/uses numbers… or the name.
i’m still getting credits from people downloading my liveries and whatnot… but I can’t see them. I re-installed the core game last night… still happening. When I go into ‘Manage Game’ via the Games & Apps screen on my homepage, the Polo Red DLC option is muted. I’ve re-installed that… nothing, so i’m reinstalling EVERYTHING atm. if it doesn’t work, I have no idea what I can do.

The first reaction should not be to uninstall and reinstall the game.

I did the 6-part reset, but the issue was still there afterwards, then I did the reinstall…
have I just wrecked everything?
No idea, since you just posted a question and nothing regarding the problem currently.

the problem is the same as stated in the first post, the liveries aren’t showing on the cars or in the list (neither are the stats for each livery) and when I look at my garage, the cars are not appearing at all although the cars I’ve purchased in game & through DLC are listed (some marked as ‘New’)
EDIT- just to add, when I race with my cars, none of the liveries I;ve made appear on them, yet i’m still getting all the credits for people downloading, using & liking them. I can also see all other users livery designs and their cars in the pre-race lobby
It was the saved files that were corrupted. deleted them and did a full re-sync… and the liveries are now back
Good, well not good, but glad you figured out what it was. In the future, I would be very mindful to not save the same filenames or rename files very often.
I can probably count on one hand hoe many files I’ve renamed since the game came out. I do have a few designs over different cars with the same name, but that’s because its the same basic design I’ve used. (I have a couple of designs pre-made that I tweak on new cars).
