Most of these can be downgraded using a combination of the following upgrades:
Rally tires, rear aero, heavier/larger wheels, chassis reinforcement, sport transmission, oil & cooling, drivetrain swap

Added a few more cars to the list. The 2012 Dodge Charger is the rare instance in this game where an engine swap significantly lowers the stock PI.

Unfortunately no engine conversions for the Nissan R35 GT-R, which was capable of dropping all the way down to C class in FM5.

The Jaguar D-Type is possibly just a couple pounds shy of C600. If differential upgrades still added weight then I believe it would make it there.
