Nope, this app is made by Dave Lacey, he represents a racing team called FACR (Fast & Clean Racing). Also the app is not related with T10/Microsoft.

Is more like; What is wrong with the Game and My PC! 
Tell this to the ppl that own an i9-14900K and a RTX 4090 where the game doesn’t even start…
Is always the same story with PC, you have a infinite amount of variables that would ruin your experience.
But other games work fine…
Far from always considering the sheer amount of different setups and not an excuse for the poorly thought out and implemented user interface and 99 percent of what @JohnDoe9302 & @SuperHornetX391 have mentioned.
Crashes and tracks disappearing, loss of connection and certain display issues I could agree happen more frequently on PC’s but when you get a whole bunch of users on completely different setups experiencing the exact same issue… the same old story doesn’t cut it.
I haven’t had too many PC issues because I know what can and cannot be done and play within the limits but things like what happened when the 8.1 hotfix dropped are out of my control, plus there’s a ton of Xbox user’s that are experiencing different issues each to their own but on the exact same system
So it’s not just PC users, we have the short stick cause of the console excuse limiting our framerates for an even playing field… now would someone please tell those in MP to stop constantly exploiting what the game offers with the outrageous meta tunes on certain vehicles, it’s killing everything fun about racing when they keep invading lobbies setting lap times 10 seconds quicker than the next fastest and in turn it completely mucks up the whole skill rating system.
Now how’s that for being fair and equal @ Turn10

Tbh I don’t care about single player at all, only thing I can complain about is that it takes way to long to unlock 1 fomo car.
While multiplayer is just mess is this game.
-Races are too short, what also makes soft tyre abuse available in low class races.
-FRR don’t work at all tbh, I get rear ended/dive bombed or even just straight rammed multiple times w/o oponent getting any penalty.
-Machmaking not working (due to lack of players, and bad system design)
-Game seems to penalize players that want to use irl racing line with slow entry fast exit approach, while late braking dive bombers (like all meta abusers do) seems to gain advantage.
Wouldn’t it be easier to list everything right with this game? Surely there is something that isn’t somehow flawed…

They have to pull a “Cyberpunk 2077 2.0” on this game. They could call it Forza Motorsport Reloaded or 8 or something, they basicly have to overhaul the complete game.

It says ‘weight’ everywhere it should say ‘mass’.
It says the Golf VR6 has a V6.
It says the Bugatti W16.4 engine is twin-turbo.
It says Acura, Lexus and Infiniti are from the US.
It has too many boring Audis. Let me rephrase, it has too many Audis.
I suspect it secretly uses the US customary unit system instead of Imperial.

No way to change length of races in career mode. I find 5 lap races too short.
No way to change difficulty to have rewind on but full race damage, full FRR etc. three choices is not enough. We should be able to make custom choices.
Having to re-choose cars every time I want to paint or upgrade the car. Especially annoying when wanting to use a VW.
When sorting cars in my garage or buy cars, the cars grouping, (vintage race cars, modern exotic, etc) has no discernable order. i.e. make it alphabetical order.
Career mode is several orders of magnitude to short. There should be dozens of series. As someone with over a decade of running online leagues I would be happy to volunteer to help with this.
Forza wings should all be paintable. So should carbon areas on cars like how some cars, and most wheels, have advanced paint options.
Painting should have the option of keeping the decals that are available in the manufacturer paint colours. Cars with stripes should have them be able to be changed using the advanced paint options. I know some cars have this, it should be opened to all cars that have them as a standard manufacturer paint.
Cars with front wings like open wheelers should have the front wing in the same paint section as the rear wing to make it easier to paint them without painting other areas of the car.
Wing end plates should have coordinates that are separate from the paint left or right sides. If I paint the front wing end plates the decals should not show up on the nose. Same with painting rear end plates showing up on the inside of the opposite wing end plate.
When doing upgrades we should be able to rotate the car so we can see how it looks. This is especially important for wheels and aero.
When using find designs we should be able to rotate the car to see it from all angles. This is needed as certain paints/decals can get you banned. Also many people have uploaded half finished or poor quality designs.
When sharing designs the default tags need to be changed so that racing and replica/original etc are not the default options, due to half finished/poor quality paints.

To add to this, we should have an option to paint our helmets and race suit. Even if it is just the ability to recolour sections.
Also, logos on the race suits need to be available in the Apply a manufacturer decal section in the paint shop. All the Forza Motorsport logos, and other single colour decals, in this section should be able to be recoloured or at least give them white versions as well as the black already there.
