I feel like there would be more traffic to the dlc maps if they were actually attached to the main map and not a loading screen. Have it as a toll road gate that is always closed for the people that didn’t get the dlc. The world would feel more immersive and drive more traffic to the DLC maps if they were actually connected to the main map.
Long as last gen is supported this probably won’t happen for technical reasons.

I also think dlc maps should be added to the main map. well if its not possible in fh5 due to gen console issue start it from fh6.
