Does anyone know what the lightest rims in the game are?

Edit: I’m going to modify the question: What are your favorite lightest rims?

There is no one rim that is the lightest. There are a handful that tie for this title. In the first grouping of rims it’s the 5th or 6th rim over. Note the weight loss and you can find the others. I usually use the first one because it looks the best.

I like the Magnum III’s or Speedline F1’s…part of the lightest pack.

Because it reduces weight. I thought it was pretty obvious.

well limiting your build is not best for PI.

Also lighter = more pi

Also you back your self in a bit of a PI corner when you just go straight for the lightest because one thing you can’t see if you at the limit of going to next class with rims because you cannot got lighter, also the 2nd heaviest rim is quite a bit heavier (momo’s I think).

So it is not good practice to build yourself light at the start because you are more likely to find your as light as possible and down one or half a pi and (maybe) no other upgrades offer as little pi upgrade as weight.

I’m not making a competitive build, I’m just tuning a very fast car for my own enjoyment. It’s an AWD Hoonigan Ford Escort RS1800 with full race tyres. Because I installed the AWD drivetrain, I’m trying to make up for the added weight as much as I can.

I do a lot of tuning, and the lightest rims I know of (and quick to find without sifting through them one by one) and I always put these on my cars if PI allows are the Speedline F1s. Actually there are plenty of others that have the same amount of weight reduction, but the Speedline F1 is quick to find.

Go to Sport Rims, and scroll for a while, about 80 percent to the right, and look for the black rims that say Speedline in white letters. They are pretty easy to spot. I think they look cool on most cars, and they are in the category of rims with greatest reduction, so I just scroll until I see the Speedline F1s.

Other quick to find choices that are just as light as the Speedline F1:
Speedline 859 (next to F1 on the left)

And these three are just to the right of the Speedline F1:
Dynamics COTF (a favorite of mine for older cars)
Dynamics PRO RACE 1
Dynamics PRO RACE 2

That’s the system I use…scroll until I see the Speedline F1, since it seems to always give the most weight reduction in my experience.
But if anyone knows of something lighter, please do tell.

My favorite rim is the Speedline F1 rim or the black one to the right of it TC105N. Lightest rims don’t always get you the lightest build. Check driveline,rim and rim size combination can lighten car to gain them extra few lbs of weight. Also I’ve found that adding front rim size to some cars Can make them faster even though it adds weight so just experiment.
