Do the forza devs ever have any intent to buy back the licenses for older 360 titles such as forza motorsport 4 ?

Not a great idea. They already moved on to the next forza, so no.
But do the licenses for, say, FM7 also apply to the entire Forza series? Or is it just for each game only?
