Leaderboard Swipe

While I happend to come back to the forums for a few min, I decided to bring up a topic. Fair warning, don’t expect to me to reply to anyone on the this thread. This is the only thing I will be posting. Can’t be bothered to argue with people. I despise the forums. Now that that’s out of the way…

Don’t you think it’s a little strange that they fixed track boundaries and track limits and didn’t reset the boards for the three specific tracks? Now no one can ever rival the tracks anymore and try to go for the spot they want, which for me happens to be #1. I could take #1 easily on both monzas in R and P but after so many times trying, and so many perfect laps only to be ruined by dirtying over the cut, I gave up. All I’m saying is, it would be nice to rvial Monza and the other two tracks that were fixed the correct way. I just don’t really see the logic of changing track limits and keeping the leaderboard, not really fair in my opinion. And this is coming from someone who has #1 in P class on Monza Alt, I’m asking that they be swiped. Take my #1 away from me, obviously I did take the cut like everyone else but my replay is blocked.

AFAIK only Monza had its clean line altered. Catalunya and Cota seem only to have had dirty cuts blocked off, so Rivals shouldn’t be affected.

Unless anyone knows different.

That’s how I understand it as well, if that is the case then monza should be reset and I can’t think of a single reason why it hasn’t already been done. I don’t think there would be a single person from the top 100 that would have a problem with that. If there are tell us why you would want a dirty lap as your leaderboard time and be labeled as a glitched time

Wasn’t this discussed in length in another post…?

It’s over a page or two long…

Nope, just one page, but some great replies here…

I don’t get the point why Monza got a new tirewall in that chicane. It was so rare to see this track in a hopper, but Yas Marina is still the same, where of course the chicanes are getting driven like they are supposed to be. Yeah, nice job.
