The point system is messed up right now. Unless they just randomly changed it with out telling anyone. I finished in 1st place out of 11 people. The race started with a total of 17 people. I only got 200 points for coming in 1st wich makes no sense! And this has happened to another person in my lobby except it wasn’t as nearly as bad as mine. I haven’t had time to test this out more as the league just closed for now, I’ve only done 4 races. But I know one thing for sure, there is definitely somthing wrong as the people who finished in a worse position then me (5th 6th) got more points then me. And it was definitely not just a display glitch cause when I looked at the boards it only added 200 points.
I haven’t had that problem. Sometimes I’m in lobbies with about 10 racers finish in the top 5 and i get about 1g in points. Did it happen in week one or just week two league event?
Just week 2, and it’s happened to other people I know as well. I even finished 15th out of 18 people and I got no points at all. There’s definitely somthing wrong if people in 5th place are getting more points then someone in first. And this is happening frequently as some of my other friends have told me. Like almost every race.
Here is on possible explanation for your zero points when finishing 15th out of 18. It is possible when a league has closed. It happened to me during week 1. Here’s how:
While it is not possible to join a league when it is closed, those already in the league can continue to race as races continue to be started. In my case, the race ended way past the time of closing, so I received zero points. Another race was set to start at the end of the one I was in.

Thanks but I am aware of this. It was no where near closing time. The race was finished and I was back in the lobby with 25 minutes still left
Pretty sure it still shows points when the time window closes it just doesn’t add them to your tally. If some one finishes first and only gets 200 points that is a serious fault in the game.
You are correct. Learned this first hand a month or so again. You can keep racing but no points are awarded.

There is still something wrong with the points system. I’m racing today and every time I finished a race and got back into the lobby it was reporting a score higher then what it says on the leader board. It kept saying I had 10k points more then I did when I clicked the board. I just stopped racing now and the last report said I had 39,000 but the board says 29,000 . Makes no sense, I prorbaly got ripped off 10k points
