Kids can't use auction house

Hi there, new to these forums and desperate to sort out a hitch for my kids.

I have them set up as child accounts in my microsoft family and they cannot access the in game auction house. I have tried setting the “access to content” setting in the xbox itself to unrestricted, but this does not resolve it. I cannot see any relevant settings on the microsoft family website either.

Anyone know how i can sort this please ?

Sorted it for them now thanks.
Anything on there I should be particularly worried about though ? I’ve not seen anything myself. They don’t game online just wanted to use the auction house and download designs.
