Some times when i play ( not often but maybe once a night ) where the sound crackles terribly and i have to turn the game off entirely to fix it.
Also Im using the Toyota supra and there are no turbo sounds from the outside view at all no matter what turbo upgrade i choose… Single or twin. Yet there is delicious turbo flutter and boost sounds from the cockpit view.
Ive seen videos on youtube of the supra and the outside view has turbo sounds and everything yet mine doesn’t.
Is this a recent issue with the game or is it isolated to me?
I just got the xb1. I had no problems with sound through my HD speakers. I then bought a Turtle Beach XO4 headset. Day one, lots of crackling and static. After researching the problem seems to be the headset adapter. Many others are having issues with their headsets.
As far as I know there is not a permanent fix for the distorted game sound, Rebooting the console does rid of the static temporarily though. Not sure if that will help the headset issue though as I don’t own a Turtle Beach but it’s worth a try.
I was using the Supra the other day and it started doing this, it then done it on any other car after that.
I just done full shut down and it went and hasn’t come back since.
